Member of the Management Board, Kolektor Group

Valter Leban, a member of the Management Board at Kolektor Group started his career at Kolektor almost thirty years ago. In his rich career he's worked in different fields that include establishing IT infrastructure, managing manufacturing companies, operative excellence and principles of lean enterprise, internationalization of the group, establishing new business models and recently also digitalization as one of the strategic directions of Kolektor.

Growth is written in Kolektor's DNA, which they will also try to achieve in the areas of Industrial Internet of Things and digitalization. This is a challenge that he will work on in the following years.
